It was an absolutely amazing stay. The hotel is not in the very center of the city, but it's only a 10-minute walk away, which gives you the tranquility of a tree-lined street. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need; they even provided bathrobes. The open buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of options. Enjoying our breakfast in the winter garden was a particular pleasure. The hotel also has ample parking, which is very helpful for those traveling by car.

Nice spacious room with air conditioning and private bathroom. The hosting family was welcoming and friendly. They provided clean sheets, towels and tasty breakfast. Moreover, we could store our luggage there for the whole day. Nothing was a problem! 🤍10/10!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a minimalist design, which I really appreciated. The host was polite and welcoming. We stayed at Panorama in Kutaisi for two nights (April 4–6) and really enjoyed it. We had two double rooms — one for me and my wife, the other for our daughter and mother-in-law — and everything went smoothly. The place is quiet and has an amazing view over the city — perfect to enjoy with a morning coffee or in the evening after a walk around Kutaisi. The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You can really feel the personal touch, which made the experience even better. Breakfasts were great — tasty, fresh, and a nice variety. It definitely helped us start our days in a good mood. All in all, it’s a lovely spot to stay in Kutaisi. Relaxed atmosphere, nice people, and a great view. We’d definitely stay here again!

We arrived with our car at 5pm and stayed only 2 nights. This hotel is still very new. Everything was fine and the recommendation of restaurant "the sisters" was fantastic. We enjoyed very much. The location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast is also nice, small but really cosy and lovely.

    Amazing location! Intimate atmosphere, very romantic spots (molo, swimming pool, sauna), well maintained, new cottages and common spaces. We also had a great dinner in the restaurant with river view. There is a perfect silence with the natural sounds (birds, frogs etc). Really beautiful place 30 min away from Kutaisi. Reception till 8pm. Free parking.

    A lovely apartment in a building set back from the busy main road. Communication was good with the host and it was easy to collect the keys on arrival. Secure parking is beneath the building, with a lift to take you up to the apartment. The apartment had everything that we needed and was a great place to spend a couple of days, being less than 10 minutes stroll from Colchis Fountain. The bed was very comfortable, the shower great and the WiFi worked perfectly for us. Very happy to recommend.
