This hotel is truly amazing! I checked in last night, very exhausted and drained after spending days in the mountains and all the exhaustion went away after I set foot in the hotel. Everything is arranged perfectly. Bed is super comfy. They even helped me to open my suitcase because the lock got stuck. The rooftop is amazing as well! I really like the breakfast. There is a little of everything there and I was there at 10:30, there was still enough. I am a solo female traveler and I feel super safe in this place, as well as the area (actually in all of Georgia I didn’t have to worry at all). All in all, I’d definitely recommend the hotel!

It was an absolutely amazing stay. The hotel is not in the very center of the city, but it's only a 10-minute walk away, which gives you the tranquility of a tree-lined street. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need; they even provided bathrobes. The open buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of options. Enjoying our breakfast in the winter garden was a particular pleasure. The hotel also has ample parking, which is very helpful for those traveling by car.

Nice spacious room with air conditioning and private bathroom. The hosting family was welcoming and friendly. They provided clean sheets, towels and tasty breakfast. Moreover, we could store our luggage there for the whole day. Nothing was a problem! 🤍10/10!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a minimalist design, which I really appreciated. The host was polite and welcoming. Wonderful Stay with Stunning Kutaisi Views! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this accommodation! The room was clean, comfortable, and offered breathtaking cityscape views—especially from the private balcony, which quickly became my favorite spot to unwind. Waking up to such a scenic panorama every morning was truly a highlight. What made the experience even more special was the hostess. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed while respecting my privacy. We arrived with our car at 5pm and stayed only 2 nights. This hotel is still very new. Everything was fine and the recommendation of restaurant "the sisters" was fantastic. We enjoyed very much. The location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast is also nice, small but really cosy and lovely.
