Amazing hotel! Located on the bank of a stream with ducks and storks, the place itself has been given extraordinary thought, both the room and the dining room are filled with the handiwork of an expert locksmith and with the unique and beautiful design of the owner. The garden is well-kept and full of fruit trees and lovely corners for sitting and reading a book in peace in front of the stream. We had a great time!

From where to start... Welcoming was perfect with a bottle of wine. During the whole stay, you could contact them, and they would answer in a really short period of time. The view was simply amazing. The food was exceptional, with local stuff. They will also arrange hot springs for you if you like, they own a perfect restaurant with a perfect view, like 5 minutes from the glamping site, and will transport you if you want. Everything exceeded my expectations.

This place is awesome ,it’s located 10 minutes away from the Vardzia caves . The owner,Tsotne is a young and nice guy.He speaks English ,helpful and warm to give you a lot of information when you need .He and his family take care of the guests. The room is very spacious and clean ,show is great (good water pressure) .In the morning,Tsotne’s Mum cooked such a delicious breakfast,the portion and food choice are both great.We ate them all. The parking is right by the house ,the house garden is also designed by Tsotne with good taste.

everything was amazing. I believe i can't say enough about this stay. The food, the surroundings, the people the location..best place i've ever stayed! The house is surrounded by fruit trees, blackberries.. We had fresh milk and fresh honey for breakfast and together with all the other delicious food that were freshly made, the experience was simply exceptional. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! Thank you. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious, very clean and well equipped. There was a kitchenette on the ground floor of the hotel, which the guest can use. Everything you need is nearby (restaurants with local food, bakery, ATMs, vegetables and fruits, taxi, minibuses...). We really enjoyed our stay. If we are lucky enough to be in Ninotsminda again, we will definitely choose the same accommodation. Ninotsminda offers amazing nature, authentic villages and very warm-hearted people.
