Absolutely everything was delicious, and I highly recommend trying it!

The location was amazing right at the top of the village. The family run the guesthouse are so welcoming. The food was fabulous and lots of it! Very good value, comfortable rooms with great views and a balcony.

Super friendly and helpful staff, arranged our transport and horseback tour. Best breakfast we had during the whole trip. Location is perfect, in the prettiest part of Ushguli. Views are amazing to all directions. Very authentic local house, we loved it!

He was even our horse riding guide — we rode to the Shkhara Glacier. The amenities in the house are varied and suitable for all kinds of people. I had a lovely stay at Nora's Guesthouse. Located at the top of Ushguli, you can look onto the Greater Caucasus mountains from the front doorstep on clear mornings, with the monastery in the foreground. The breakfast was fantastic and the best value of all the guest houses I stayed in. It is a true working farm, so the eggs come from the chickens and the cheese from the cows that get milked each evening when they bring themselves home from the mountain pastures. The big black guard dog is super friendly and they have a horse you can rent to take you to the glacier.
