Brand new hotel, exceptionally clean and centrally located. The view from our window was amazing, even though it was a bit foggy we could still see Mt. Kazbek and the Gergeti Trinity Church in the distance. We were offered a bottle of delicious homemade red wine upon arrival which I thought was a really sweet gesture. We really enjoyed our stay here and we'd like to come back sometime!

It was the best house I have ever lived in. The location, views, sauna, house, the owner… everything was amazing. BBQ equipment, fire pit area with fire wood, slippers and bathrobes - everything was thought out in detail. Thank you so much for that!!!     The place is located a few min walk from the center with on street parking. It has a big living room and nice bedroom but the bed is not very comfortable. Overall good value for money but I wouldn't come back, because I prefer to feel the vibe of Georgia rather than modern apartments.

    It is almost in the centre of town in a quiet area with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. We could walk to shops and restaurants. There is a huge balcony. Unfortunately, it was cold and rainy and we couldn't utilise it. There is off-street parking. A perfect place to stay for a few days to explore the area.
