My sister and I rented a studio for a month. Everything was consistent with the photos. The price is absolutely great for both the location and the conditions, which are really at a high level. In addition, the owner was so kind that he taped and covered the outdoor lamp (lantern) with something so that it would not shine in the window at night. Besides, due to the fact that after a month of stay we had a plan to go on a month-long trip to other regions of Georgia, the owner allowed us to leave all our things with him. I definitely recommend this place to relax.

The owner is an architect so you can feel it in every detail of the house. It was warm enough with the heating in winter. The place is really charming, near to the sea and all the houses around are very beautiful. The shop is very close. The owner gave us bikes and the grill. Thank you for the stay. Hosts are really friendly, anything can be discussed and resolved (if necessary). Location is good too - the beach is in just 5 minutes walk, local shops, cafes and bakeries are even closer. Good thing to add is that the building itself looks very modern and fresh, especially when comparing to the houses in the area. There are 2 parking spaces on the territory behind the fence, but please confirm with the hosts that they will be available during your stay.
