Victoria was really friendly and helpful. She assured me that she will take care of my parents as I booked the apartment for them while I was away. My parents were amazed by how helpful she was and by the great hospitality they received. The apartment was in exceptional condition, sparkling clean and full of welcoming treats and amenities. I have been in many hotels/Airbnbs and i can say that the owner was one of the best I have seen, she was very kind and helpful. The house was fully equiped with everything that you need and was specious . The location was also very good . If I will ever come in Kozani definately i will come here again.
