Victoria was really friendly and helpful. She assured me that she will take care of my parents as I booked the apartment for them while I was away. My parents were amazed by how helpful she was and by the great hospitality they received. The apartment was in exceptional condition, sparkling clean and full of welcoming treats and amenities.
