Despite the late hour, we sent her a message, and to our surprise, she responded within just few minutes. Without hesitation, she came to assist us and provided exactly the help we needed. Her quick response and genuine concern truly made a difference in a stressful moment. The rooms were spacious, and the atmosphere was inviting. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every single day. Our stay was wonderful, and it is sure one of the best we’ve had with booking so far. The place offers you so much wanted peace and quiet. It is like going to your grandparents to some country side in the summertime. The house is very clean and cozy. It has beautiful view all day long (we mostly enjoyed it during the sunsets). Spending family time there with a bottle of fine Greek wine is sure one of the highlights from our visit to Zakynthos island. I appreciate staying in that house and being a guest of such a nice Greek family

Everything about this hotel and all staff was extraordinary. All people were so nice, always smiling, willing to help. My husband and I travel a lot, but this time we were surprised in all ways - service, beauty of hotel, massages, help from concierge to book everything that we needed. The food was great as well. It is a well-appointed and comfortable villa which is cleaned on a daily basis. It is very secure in a gated resort with a reception area. The staff are excellent. A welcome basket, robes and additional pool towels are provided. The location is excellent with a short stroll to the beach and a shop across the road. An excellent restaurant, The Halfway House, is also across the road. The accommodation and service are 5-star and Angeliki and her team ensure that everyone’s stay is thoroughly enjoyed. We can’t wait to return. It is the best place to stay on the island. Well done to the Mamfredas Resort and thank you!

New and stylish hotel, everything was perfect - we loved our room with a deep pool, service was amazing. Also we had compliments from hotel when arrived and in the end of the stay, it was very nice. Breakfast was one of the best that we had, good options for choice, you can choose from menu or open table. Green smoothie and eggs royale our favorites. Also we used spa, yoga and meditation session with sunset view, all were free of charge.

Stunning villas with lovely views and still close to town and centre of zante. Outside furniture all comfortable. Your pool is cleaned everyday pre 8am Staff were all lovely. Abdul is great and with you so quickly to get up and down steep hill. George in reception lovely and the team in the restaurant all lovely. Liked it wasn’t a buffets style breakfast and portion was huge!

The breakfast was superb, the venue including the rooms were modern, very well equipped and super comfortable. The staff were all amazing and especially Fotini at reception and Christos and all the staff at the beach bar. The lady who cleans the rooms was a honey. The beach at Venus resort was paradise.
