Very good location for a stop off while travelling further afield. Very nice owners, friendly and helpful. Close to the little beach. Excellent breakfast. Good value. Will stay again. We were kindly facilitated with an earlier than usual check in after an overnight flight. Thank you.

The room was superbly located: the balcony overlooked the sea. The hotel's private beach was also very convenient and equipped with everything you need. The restaurant was open all day, which was also very important. The staff tried to fulfill any wish. Everything in the room was very clean and everything was new.

    Livantes is a charming place and a must see if traveling throughout Greece. Akti is a comfortable hotel facing the seafront. Parking is available on the backyard. The room was very clean with a splendid sea view from the balcony. The staff was very helpful when throughout our stay. Definitely, we would visit again.

    The breakfast was outstanding and more than we could eat! The staff was incredibly helpful and congenial. Our room and the hotel were very clean. Parking was easy...right in front of the hotel. The setting is beautiful, just across the street from the water. They have done a wonderful job with landscaping, making the outdoor spaces very welcoming and beautiful.

    Very large apartment with big bedrooms and big bathroom. The lady was keeping us a parking slot in front. There are a lot of coffee and alcohol in the kitchen which we didn’t use. During the night it is very quite, but 8:00 AM church bell starts which is next to.

    Hotel Akti is modern in appearance and I liked the room decor etc very much. There are no car parking issues and it is situated right by the sea. Breakfast was outstanding and I was given a big jar of olives upon checking out, which was very thoughtful. I was very happy overall with my stay there.
