cozy place, super clean and neat. best part is the balcony, stunning view makes you feel like the sea is yours. really secluded and peaceful atmosphere. the owner, despina, is an amazing person, super kind and friendly. she explained everything about the island while checking in. she was helpful all the time and didn’t mind late check-in. many thanks for the hospitality!

Since the initial room assigned to us we did not like the hotel provided us with an upgrade. The hotel is within walking distance to Chios town. Great Pool with pool bar. Breakfast offers a variety of food. During lunch a menu is offered at the bar. We had dinner at the restaurant sitting outside overlooking the facilities.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The owners are very kind, friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped and very comfortable. The location is safe, quiet and very central, one can walk to the center. Also if you have a car, there’s a parking spot right in front of the building. We would definitely stay there again for our next visit.

I liked the place very much because it was what I wanted to - a lovely quiet place with an exceptional view to the sea. It was super clean, the local beach very close. The studio itself is very spacious with a beautiful, very large terrace. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning was included in the price. I highly recommend this studio if you look for a quiet, peaceful surroundings.

We recently stayed at Toulipa Rooms with a group of 13 for an overnight visit, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. The rooms were well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, what truly sets this place apart is the host, Maria. She is, without a doubt, the best owner I've ever encountered—and I've traveled to over 40 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels. Maria manages the property with genuine heart and hospitality that is rare to find. We will definitely be returning. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

Excellent place in excellent surroundings. A very quiet place with a magnificent view from the balcony. Clean and proper room and well functioning ac. 5 min walk to a great restaurant and 9 min walk to a small supermarket. Beach: Very close. The best way to get around Chios is by car and there is a parking place at Platsa for free. The owner of the place is very customer oriented. We highly recommend Platsa studios!

"We had a fantastic stay - our room was spacious and well-equipped, and our host was friendly and incredibly helpful. The room was cleaned every second day without us having to ask for it. As a bonus, we loved spending time on our balcony. The location of the town was excellent - only a 10-15 minute drive to the center and close to everything else. Even though I'm pregnant, I had a very comfortable stay thanks to our kind host. I'm sure there's more to enjoy during the summer, so we'll definitely book the same room on our next trip."
