Excellent place, we had Ambassador room for our first honeymoon’s night and it was great. Magnific view of the sea, cozy room and probably the best breakfast I ever had (served in the room). If you want to have a little privacy in the pool you have to choose Ambassador room so you have your private pool separate by a thin wall from next rooms, at least. Other rooms still have private access to the pool from the terrace, but actually it is a unique long pool running all over the terraces, separate by thin transparent glasses, so you see the neighbours when in the pool.

It was very cool. Lovely decor and spacious room with an exceptional bathroom which was very clean with olive soaps and body creams. Very near bus station for onward travel.The lovely staff made good recommendations for restaurants nearby.

It's not typical from us to go back to the same city twice, let alone staying in the very same accomodation twice! This was our second time staying at Kydon, in two consecutive years, and we will come back! BEST FREDDO CAPPUCCINO and comfiest bed ever! I have to say though that our first time staying here was much more outstanding and this is thanks to the staff here. Rena and Kiki, special shout out to you again! They remembered us from last year, and these are the "little somethings" that makes somebody want to come back. Although everyone was nice this year too, we could feel that it wasn't the same this time. Last year everyone was super happy, smiling all the time, you could feel that they loved what they were doing, but this time we felt that the newbies were not as professional as the ones we recognised from last year. I feel like the people should receive more recognition! Because of last years' experience we will come back at least to say hi to the friends we made here. We came back to Crete because of Kydon and more specifically because of the staff, that worked here. Please have more people like we've met last year work here and give them the recognition they deserve, because it's really the key to success! ❤️

This stay was AMAZING! The staff was from the start super welcoming and caring, special thanks to Carina and Thania who made everything more special. The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was great, there was a nice pool area, a gym, and the restaurant from the hotel was really good. There is also a taverna right in front that we definetly recommend! We had a very relaxing week at the hotel, definitely would love to go again!

Perfect Palace for holiday. We loved everything. Special thanks to that lovely housekeeper Katharina. She kept all so clean and was always so friendly. We also loved that sweet cat, WHO made us Happy : ). We have traveled a lot, and would say that this was the best Place to stay. Thank you ♥️
