The hotel placed on top location - it is near all restaurants and supermarkets, 50m away from the beach. Yes, 50m! The rooms are super clean, comfortable and there is everything needed for a family with kids. The staff changes the bed sheets every two days, which is great. The owners live there and they are super kind always ready to help. The place has its own parking with a lot of trees, so your car will not be placed directly under the sun.

The house has a very good location, there are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby and the beach is right across the street. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The host was very friendly, helpful and did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. The place is pet friendly and she was very welcoming of our dog. I would recommend it to everyone.

Superb! A very beautiful apartment that makes you feel at home, more beautiful than the pictures and description, ultra-equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you need, a terrace with a splendid view of the sea, it is a location right next to the beach. And above all, the host is very nice, we had a pleasant surprise that we found water, wine and olives in the fridge :) We will definitely come back here with great pleasure!

Comfortable and clean rooms, the ones with pool view are very relaxing outside right near the pool, very kind and friendly personnel. What i loved most was the half board food. Breakfast and dinner were very plentiful having something for every taste and of good quality. Good base to have for exploring all the amazing beaches of the second leg of the map.

    Everything was JUST PERFECT!! Starting from the excellent location (just across the beach and the sea) Inside the property we found literally everything that we could imagine. Even more! The host was very polite and helpful. The private parking lot has the sunshade witch was helpful. We were very satisfied with the apartment and all the facilities. Will look for the same apartment some other time if we visit Psakoudia again!! My sincere recommendation to everyone looking for fancy, modern equipped apartment by the sea.

    I would give more than 10 points if I could. Perfect place, very clean, 2 minutes to the beach. Maria and her husband had taken care of each small detail in the apartments. The apartments are wide, clean and comfortable. Free parking is a plus. We are planning to visit them again this year

    Location is great, beach at 4 min walk, lovely property, everything was functional. Plenty of utilities: iron, hair dryer, washing machine, fridge, cooker, oven, TV, brand new bbq, 2 x air conditioning brand new. Also free parking and Pet friendly (very). The host was great same as Maria ( person which takes care of the property). No complaints at all

    Psakoudia is not as crowded as major resorts and restaurant prices tend to be more moderate. Between the house and the beach there is only a lovely little lawn with an olive tree and a palm. Rooms are spacious, with generous balconies and comfortable beds. Generous and shady car parking area is available 200 m away. Umbrellas and sunbeds on the sandy beach are available to guests. Georgios is a very nice and hospitable host. Thank you.
