The hotel is wonderful with a stunning beach. We returned for the second time and stayed in a sea-view room, falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The food at the hotel is excellent, with an outstanding steakhouse.

Everything was exceptional! The hosts were incredibly responsive and supportive – truly the best hosts ever! The villa itself, along with its spacious garden, was absolutely amazing. I honestly believe this is the best place to stay on the island. I cannot recommend it enough!

We had a wonderful stay in Ligonari! The apartment consists of one big room with a spacious and comfortable bed and AC. The kitchenette has absolutely everything your need to prepare whatever you like! Even the fridge was equipped upon arrival with water, beers, milk, coffe and a couple of things to give you a nice evening snack and breakfast as the place is really remote to the next market. Same goes for toiletries - we found everything we need for our stay, so no need to waste time on big shopping tours! The last 2,5 kilometers to the apartment are unpaved roads with a steep and narrow part at the very end. But its well doable with a calm and steady pace, our Fiat Panda has proven itself to be capable enough. The view from both the big glass door and especially the Terrace is absolutely astonishing! We havent found ourselves in such a beautiful setting before! To provide some shadow the Terrace is equipped with a large umbrella. But one of the main reasons why our holiday became unforgettable are the owners. We had the pleasure to be taken care of by the most hospitable and friendliest people! Starting from Prokopis, who gave us a warm welcome in the middle of the night as we were arriving after midnight and leading us over the gravel roads to the apartment. He was very attentive over our stay, making sure everything is alright for us. Also to name our neighbours downstairs, relatives of Panagiotis, the builder of this apartment who where helping us with every (minor) issue we had and making sure we wont get hungry by giving us freshly caught sardines or a piece of some homemade pastry! We hardly recommend their lovely place on these calm and empty beaches to anyone!

Although we only stayed one night at the hotel, it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and featured a beautiful balcony shaded by olive trees. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and warm, making us feel very welcome. It's located just a 5–8 minute walk from one of the best beaches in Lesvos. I would definitely love to return for a longer stay.
