We were looking for a quiet place to stay, and the location was perfect for us. Beaches, restaurants, and markets were all within walking distance. The house and its furnishings were new and very clean. Our hosts, as well as the local people, were kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly. During our stay, the house was cleaned once, which I had never experienced in previous rental stays, and this thoughtful detail made us very happy.

Remote and secluded it is perfect for some time in nature, while at the same time providing the best comfort with state of the art studios. The staff is incredibly helpful and does their best to meet guests' wishes (they even found a birthday cake for the occasion)!

Villa Maria is a very nice and comfortable place to stay. Maria and her husband Mannolis are very helpfull and kind People. Rooms were very clean and they'd everything what wę needed. We highly recommend Villa Maria to stay on Samos. What we appraciate especially is a swiminng pool and the beach just few steps from villa. There are also tavernas, supermarkets and bakerys near to it. What is worth to know - is necessary to rent a car if you want to go somewhere from Kampos. You can rent a car from Mannolis. Kampos is quite far from other touristic villages like Pitagorio, Karlovassi or Kamari and there is no public transport to get there.

Our stay in Samos was unforgettable. The place had a stunning view, right on the seafront, truly felt like a sanctuary. It’s a family owned home, and you can feel the warmth and care in every detail. The house was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. What made it even more special were the incredible hosts, super mum and dad! who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They took care of us every single day, surprising us with chocolates, homemade food, and even wine. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay truly amazing.

Our first time in Samos has been a memorable experience very much thanks to the lovely studio we stayed in. The flat ticked all the boxes for us. We felt wonderful hospitality since day one. It's a brand new and effectively designed property with a fantastic view. If you need a peaceful vacation, this place is all you need. Me and my friends were very happy with our Kontemare experience. Also Mr. Nikos, the owner of the property is extremely kind and helpful. Having a pool option belonging to the property if you don't like pebbly beach is also good.
