In fact you have a great view of the cathedral and the city itself from the roof (there's a staircase that takes you to the roof, it was a great place to have breakfast). Very clear instructions on how to get the keys. The apartment is fairly large, with a real kitchen. AC worked very well. Beds we're comfortable. The staff were very friendly… it had a Family owned and operated atmosphere. Check-in was easy…. Small gated parking area that could fit 2-3 small vehicles, but was monitored by staff….. come and go as you please….
