Amazing redone villa right in the middle of Veli Iz. We loved how close it was to everything & the vibe of the area. The renovation is really high spec - the beds were comfortable & the top floor deck was amazing!

We had two wonderful nights at Suzana’s apartment in the heart of Veli Iž. The apartment is well equipped, super clean and perfectly located above their cafe/bar where you can sit in the shade enjoying a coffee, ice cream or beer. Wonderful hosts too! Highly recommended.

Amazing view from the balcony (Zadar's seaside looks mesmerizing in the evening), good location, very kind owners (they gave us fruits from their own garden twice and they gave us a ride from ferry port), large tv with streaming service's apps (sometimes wifi connection slows down but it's enough to watch movies most of the time), efficient air conditioner, well equipped kitchen and clean bathroom. Kali is very calm place at the end of the season what makes your stay really relaxing :)

    There is a parking spot, which is really hard to find on Iž. The room iz really well furnished, there is everything you might need. Especially important: there are really good mosquito nets on windows.

    + Very friendly owners + Private parking + Near the sea ~50m + Swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi (jacuzzy did not work when we were there because of some bad weather a few days ago) + Every apartment has 1 x clima, but it was more than enough. + Grill place inside and outside + Washing machine, kitchen and all you need was there.
