The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The dining experience was exceptional—Magnolia and the Club Lounge both offered incredible food that exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Tiwi and Mila from the Club Lounge for their outstanding hospitality. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. Additionally, chefs Haris and Nasrulloh went above and beyond by preparing exclusive meals for us that weren’t even on the menu. Their culinary expertise and personalized service were unforgettable. Our flight was delayed and literally stayed here for a couple of hours. The property is very clean, wifi and air conditioning was good. The host was good communicator and was on hand to give keys. Use the lifts on the right of the lobby desk to get to the room quicker.
