Newly built bungalow - very big and super clean. Lovely family - delicious food (great for vegetarians also). Julian is an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide - hiking is great with him too. From the cottages it is about a 25 min (easy) walk to the village/beach. If not in walking mood, you will get a ride (motorbike/car). The family also arranges transfer to/from Tangkoko - very easy communication and great support.

A beautiful hilltop villa with a lovely room, which has been very thoughtfully designed and equipped with a large comfortable bed and big windows which allow you to watch the sunset straight from your bed in the morning. The room and the entire property are very clean. The food is excellent and has a good selection of dishes thanks to the owner Ana. A big thanks to all of the staff: to Yoan for a service with a smile. To Nonce for an excellent and relaxing massage. And to Sakar for a wonderful trip around North Sulawesi. If you want an authentic and comfortable holiday at the foot of the volcano, we highly recommend it! We really enjoyed it! Thank you🥰

Ino is an amazing host and guide. Renny herself as well. Super friendly, hospitable people with an amazing warung at 5min walking distance. Ino took us to our next destination for a fair price.

The Pulisan has a garden, private beach area, a shared lounge and restaurant in Likupang. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service.

What a gem! We’ve traveled a lot, and this place has probably the most curated and naturally beautiful beach we’ve ever visited. The service is at a really high level, the staff is extremely friendly, kind and helpful. Everything is perfectly curated, and we were spoiled from the moment we stepped in. Snacks are served morning and afternoon, and we had to tell them to stop brining us (delicious) food. Main meals are fresh, locally sourced, and delicious. The manager, Toki, is highly experienced, and even took us strolling around and exploring the nearby area. He joined us several times at the table, and at the end, we felt we were part of their family. Thank you Toki, Micheal and all staff. Leaving this hidden paradise was extremely sad. We will return for sure!

Right next to the national park. Cheap, simple food in the restaurant across the street. One evening we were invited to a birthday party and were able to try many local dishes. Very good tours in the national park. We did a "regular" morning and evening tour and additionaly a full day trip. We saw a lot of animals, to see the hornbills, monkeys and cuscus very nice I recommend to have two days of tours. The transfer from Bitung and to Tomohon works very well. On the way to Tomohon our driver stops at some beautiful birdwatching spots and shows us the Japanese Cave.

New Family Homestay was like a home away from home. June greeted you at the gate when the taxi dropped us off. She was so welcoming. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean offering superb value for money. June was very helpful with answering any questions we had, even so stupid ones. She organised our tour through Tangkoko reserve with much patience as my wife was indecisive in deciding whether to do the first night tour. The guide she organised, Yento was absolutely sensational. He spotted everything, even the smallest of creatures and was so accommodating in sharing his knowledge and helping taking photos when animals were at a distance. Upon leaving June offered her continued support while we were in Sulawesi by suggesting if we had any questions we could contact us and she would help. This is a great homestay and is exceptional value for many and within walking distance to the park. We loved our stay and if we ever return this is where we would stay again.

We enjoyed a lot our stay ! The staff is very friendly and helpful, you can have all your meals there and also the tour. Our guide was exceptional and in one hike we saw all 5 main animals, they have great skills for spotting them and very passionate about the park. The accommodation is in the park area so it's very comfortable just be aware about the monkeys because sometimes they can come to steal the food

It was such a nice stay in this homestay. The host Franky welcomes you like a friend and part of the family. We even visited a local wedding and I played some violin for them :D Also the Jungle Tours are quite interesting, and he can show you so many animals. The rooms are close to the jungle and are well equipped. Just go there, you won't regret it. Franky, I miss you and your family!
