Highly recommend staying here with Teldy and his family! Located in a beautiful small village amongst the hills and rice fields. Everyone was so welcoming! We got invited for coffee with one of the neighbours and had a lovely chat with Teldy in the morning over breakfast. Teldy’s wife Relyn also runs a great Homestay in Labuan Bajo! We got invited again for coffee when we got back to Labuan Bajo even though they were fully booked and we couldn’t stay there. Super welcoming local family!!

A wonderful place - I stayed here twice and had a great time both times. It's located a bit away from the city, closer to authentic countryside and rice fields. The host is a genuinely kind person who does his best to keep everything in top condition. You can go on a sunrise walk through the rice fields right from the homestay, and beautiful views are just a short walk away. As a pleasant and important bonus the internet is fast and stable, which is not always the case in this area.

Amazing stay with Peter and Carolina ! They welcomed us with open arms, on a brand new building, we got to share the really good dinner and tour on the rice fields, to discuss with the family and to have only great moments. Bed is comfortable, blankets are thick and drinking water is available. No hot water in the shower but that's not important when you have such a warm welcome. Thank you again, would come back any time !

One of the top homestays we had on our Flores trip. A cozy room with good comfortable mattress. Hot shower was working well, the seperated toilet and bathroom very clean , its a SHARED bathroom and toilet with other rooms, but only one other room was occupied. Internet very good. Very friendly couple, they speak basic english and they reserved us a luxury bus to Labuanbajo and they drove us to Kopi Mani Coffeeshop to rent a motorcycle. Nice breakfast (pancakes and local Flores coffee) was served in the courtyard. The house is in a quiet residential area, around 20 minutes walk from the city center. Quiet at night.

We had by far the best homestay experience ever! Fluffy, Theresia and Andrea were incredible hosts - it felt that we were treated as family more than guests. We shared great conversations and a very nice dinner with the family, and Fluffy was so kind to give up his time to show us around in Ruteng Pu’u. Peter is an exceptional host and staying with him and Karolina was truly a special experience. We were shown so many lovely places, the atmosphere was comfortable and very warm and all the tips about things to do were very valuable. Also slept very well in the bed :). Best place we’ve been in Indonesia and we feel like we’ve made new friends through this experience. Highly recommend!
