We loved our week here and wanted to stay forever, the room has been beautifully built and came with a comfy big bed and duvet, the balcony up top with the beanbags was a unique touch and wonderful to relax and look over the volcano, the shower has hot water too! the village has just opened for tourism and has really nice waterfalls away from the regularly visited ones near by. The owners were the most welcoming people we’ve met and really made us feel like part of the family. They also offer guides who are extremely friendly and speak good English to the the waterfalls and volcano, we will be back to make the hike when the season starts again (April- December)

I had a truly wonderful time. The family is absolutely lovely, warm, kind, and always willing to help. Aziz and his family are really Nice. In Aziz's bungalow you feel at home. We spend 5 nights here, and with perfect timing for the traditionnal ceremony of Masbagik Timur. We were invited to be dressed like sasak culture and participate to the show. Amazing !

the place just opened and they have the friendliest staff, including a chef, who prepares delicious meals. one of the two cats always makes sure, that you are ok, as she comes by multiple times a day to meow her stories to you for a minute 😁 the bathroom features an open rain shower, so you can see the stars at night. even, if you don't plan any guided tours or getting a scooter, you can still enjoy the landscape in close proximity. at least two beautiful waterfalls and the rice terrases of course. very quiet at night.
