Super host with a cute french accent, the accommodation it's 10/10 clean, spacious, beautiful with super attention to detail, very energy sustainable in the same time warm and friendly, a TRUE GEM!!! Quiet and calm you can have coffee outside in the garden while you smell the freshly roasted coffee in the morning .The rooms so chic and they smell so good. WOW SO IMPRESSED! We had a great stay at the Dales. Bernadete was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. Our daughter forgot her retainers in the room; after contacting Bernadette the next day, she was very quickly able to locate them and sent them to our country while refusing to get paid for the postage cost that I offered. Thank you for all your help, you have saved us a big headache! If we ever come to Ireland again, we will be happy to stay in the Dales again.
