House was so clean, kids loved playing out in the big garden with the goal, all of the bathrooms were new and house had everything we needed, will definitely be back . Photos didn't do the property justice it was much nicer in person

Befani's is very central, a charming B&B above restaurant. Nice ,clean and spacious. Clonmel is a charming town but suffering from neglect, waiting for a new wave of residents to arrive and inject life back into it. Lots of empty space above empty shops unfortunately.

Truly beautiful property - wish we had booked more days here! Really lovely grounds, beautiful rooms, and the breakfast was excellent, too. Relaxing lounge to hang out in the evenings, too.

The house was really lovely and very comfortable. The atmosphere in the house happy and friendly. Everything was spotless and all possible equipment was provided. The location in the Comeragh Mountains and Nire Valley and easy access to the sea was ideal for all outdoor activities. There are many historic and archaeological sites within very easy driving. We were a family of three generations ranging from 88 years to 6years and we all enjoyed our stay The family who own the house were so kind and friendly to us.

What an excellent experience. Lovely hosts met us on arrival, the house was warm and snug and the stove was on. The house is exceptional, newly renovated to an excellent standard, everything is brand new and immaculate. Comfy beds and great showers. Beautiful rural location with stunning views.

Olivia and her husband are super kind and helpful. We had a generous wellcome basket.The house has new furniture, comfy beds, a lot of details, kitchen has all you can need and more, a lot of books and boardgames. We enjoyed a lot the barbecue, and eat outside looking the stunning views.
