The staff were amazing so efficient, friendly and really looked after us.. The hotel room was so comfortable with many extra touches that made it luxurious. The food was delicious also.. Overall an exception stay. Loved it

From the moment we arrived, we couldn't have felt more welcome. Louise (who lives up to and exceeds everything we had read about her online) greeted us at the door before showing us to the amazing room she had so kindly upgraded us to which was a huge surprise. The room was amazing, bed so comfortable, castle beautiful, and easily one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Everything was within 30 minutes travel for the places we wanted to visit. It was easily the best find we have found on Booked.com, and we will definitely be returning for more visits in the future.

Exceptional stay right from the beginning! Liam greeted us upon arrival, we were promptly checked-in and offered a lovely arrival taste of Irish whiskey. Our room was ready and our bags were swiftly taken to the room without even having to request it. The room was lovely, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The spa was a delight, as were the pool and jacuzzi offering. Bloom was a great spot for an evening cocktail before heading into town or dinner. Bikes were available free of charge and we enjoyed ourselves immensely exploring Cork on them! Highly recommend stay at Hayfield, we will absolutely be back!

The room itself was spacious and clean, very comfortable and with all commodities, and the hotel is very modern and stylish. Friendly and helpful staff, and we were very satisfied with our stay.
