We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It out done all our expectations. The place and surrounding we out of this world. We will definitely book again. We would highly recommend this place and was pet friendly which was a great facility to have and that's one of the main reasons we booked. So calm and peaceful - proper luxury! Bed was so comfortable and the place was spotless. Paula was such a charming host - very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble - you are made to feel more like family than a guest. If you want a tranquil place to stay but within a short distance of excellent transport links this is the place to stay. It's hard to believe you're less than 5 minutes from the M1 as it's so quiet. There's the beautiful lake in the woods at the bottom of the field too so there's things to do in the evening whatever the weather. Such a relaxing place to stay - it felt more like a week's holiday than a one night stay

The privacy, the nature around it , it had everything we needed in a home. Beautiful fire with wood and coal provided, beautiful nature walk behind Bellingham Castle. Landlords were really lovely, helpful but non intrusive. Will definitely stay again :-) loved the electric gate with phone access control to just enter the estate of little farm villas.
