Everything. The room is huge, the bathroom is huge too! Super clean and really really beautiful. They have a lot of attention to details. Tons of choice for breakfast, big portions. The dinner was also amazing! Eilis and her family are super welcoming and accommodating. Loved the cats as well!

The Yellow door is an amazing little house. We were greeted with beautiful Christmas lights and chocolates on the table. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (3 teens who all were happy to have their own space). It really felt like coming home! Rachel and Niall helped out of the first night when we found the water wasn’t very hot and fixed it immediately. A wonderful place to stay. We would highly recommend!

The lodge itself was the perfect definition of chic comfort. Every detail, from the tasteful decor to the incredibly cozy furnishings, made us feel right great. It was the kind of place where you could truly unwind and forget about the city life. The hosts were genuinely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed. John's Home from Home was one of the best places we have stayed at this summer. The house is beautiful and very spacious with a special reading room, dining room and a big kitchen to enjoy with your family. The house was warm and cozy enough that you spend hours just chilling in the reading room with a book or have a Sunday roast with the family in the bug kitchen. 10/10 would come again

The house is very well equipped, fully furnished, and with all the commodities. The spaces are very clean and new. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The garden is very cozy, with an outside dining table and chairs. We had all we needed during our stay, and the owners were available when we needed help on any subject. Thanks!

The location was perfect for our stay in Kerry. When the sun shone we were able to make use of the nice garden furniture. When it turned colder at night the storage heaters provided ample heat. The cooker was easy to use and the shower was good. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and provided use with some nice extras - eggs and scones! Lovely.

We were really very satisfied, one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. The house is sepatated, approached by a narrow road that ends shortly after at another house, so only once we had to meet another car. We had complete privacy, the house is neatly equipped, everything works well and there is everything you need for a family stay. It is in the middle of a garden with lots of flowers and green, a beautiful place. Mrs Ann is very helpful and kind. Excellent base for trips to Killarney National Park, the Dingle Peninsula and the Ring of Kerry.

    Good location, very near to kilarney and tralee. The little shop right across the road is great if you need to get anything. The pod itself was excellent and very clean. Parking was also very easy as well. The TV and WiFi were fantastic bonuses to have
