The hostel has beautiful interior decor, with art and murals along the walls and beautiful tiles in the kitchen. Everyone is very friendly, there are a variety of spaces to sit in the common areas (so very neurodivergent friendly for those who prefer cushions over chairs), and the hostel provides fresh eggs (when the hens lay) and bread! Staff were lovely, flexible, and super helpful. Rooms were comfy.

What a fabulous hotel with exceptional service. Huge credit to all the staff who were so welcoming, couldn’t do more to help and always smiling. The hotel itself is stunning, from the entrance with candles & fresh flowers, the gorgeous spa, it all felt very luxe. We were offered a welcome drink whilst checking in, bags taken to our room, shown to the spa as we booked a time slot (access is free to all guests you just have to pre book a time slot) the spa was gorgeous, very quiet so even more special, inside and outside jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and lovely pool with bubble beds. The bar/lounge was so cosy with a fire and comfy sofas. We ate at the onsite pub which was lovely. I would try the onsite fine dining if coming back. Breakfast was a real treat, lovely service, great selection of buffet and cooked options (all included) the room itself was great, a nice hotel room, just didn’t have the wow factor that the rest of the hotel did. We will absolutely be returning when visiting Ireland again. Great value for money as well. The location was ideal to explore Killarney, close to the waterfalls and stunning landscapes. Exceptional location, very nice and high end hotel, felt like we were in an old movie. Very good food and delicious breakfast. Everything we tasted was perfect!
