What a special place! Located along a hill, just 10 mins away by car from Kenmare, you can wake up with a beautiful panorama and the sea below you! The rooms are small but nice, clean and cozy. A kitchenette is also available with some coffee and various tableware (not possible to cook, but you can use a take-away). There is also a reading/TV zone available for the guests. Outside a very nice garden with again a beautiful view! Perfect for those looking for a calm relaxing place.

Host was so lovely and her dog Pickles is such a sweetheart. Loved the quiet property, whole house was decorated beautifully. Fantastic shower and amazing breakfast. Beautiful garden. Would recommend to anyone.

The hostess, Patricia, is a delight. She is totally focused on the guest satisfaction aspect and is energetic and friendly/helpful. The breakfasts were personalized and delicious. It is a 10 minute walk to Kenmare downtown and restaurants. The home is updated to modern standards yet maintains it's charm. Parking was easy for us. After a month on the road this was a top level experience.

It may not look it at first sight but this is a special B&B. Hannah is not only a super host with great humor but also a fantastic cook. A delicious breakfast, freshly cooked and served on hot plates, accompanied by freshly pressed orange juice, with silverware and white tablecloth. Victorian style is present everywhere. We loved it. Great view on the river and just a couple of minutes to walk to the center of Kenmare.

    Very bright rooms in a central location with plenty of nearby free parking. Huge and delicious full Irish breakfast, with gluten free options . Staff were very friendly and obliging, and took a genuine interest in us as guests and in ensuring we had a great stay in the Kenmare area. Accommodations are above the pub which hosts live music, but there was absolutely no noise from the music, the patrons, or the street. Good shower with lots of pressure and hot water
