Friendly, comfortable and super accommodating to my needs - late arrival and early departure. They prepared breakfast the evening before and showed me arouns so I could enjoy something to eat before I had to leave very early. Thank you! House was great, location was lovely. House had everything we needed, really comfy, shower was great too. Big enclosed garden for dogs too. Host was great with communicating arrangements and travel tips, and he left some supplies which was a nice touch.

I lived in this town as a child, been back many times since and as far as I remember I've never been inside this hotel let alone stayed in it! I loved it. It was like stepping back in time but with modern-day comforts! The staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful, cheerful, and all-around lovely. The room was comfortable, of a good size, really nice and clean. The food was delicious regardless of the meal. There was parking around the back but no parking at the front unless you were there for less than 30 mins.
