Small but comfortable room. One thing that made me nervous was that someone was smoking a cigarrete in the evening in one of the rooms - I dont know if it was a guest or owner or neighbour. Our rooms were spacious, everything anyone could need was supplied. Large sitting area, lovely fittings throughout and the finish was done to an excellent standard. Car parking space was spot on. Our host is super friendly and it was lovely to chat with her. She has a cute little dog named Woody. There is an outside seating area and a free parking. We had our meals at the window with views on Valentia Island. The location is great. All touristic places area are just a very short drive away.
