When we made the reservation, we added a note requesting a fridge. Twenty minutes later, the hotel guest relations manager, Vered Elbar, called us to respond to our request. She was very welcoming and helpful. I made requests before at other hotels before this and I never received a personal response. When we arrived at the hotel, Vered greeted us, offered us refreshments and told us if we have any questions or concerns during our stay to call her directly. We got a very comfortable, quiet room with a magnificent view! We had lunch and supper there. The food was great and there was lots of variety.What was most impressive was how Ms Elbar made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our accommodation, Her kind and gracious demeanour was very welcoming. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend the hotel to our friends.

Beautiful stylish decor in common areas, and expansive rooms, with high cielings, and pointed decoration. Beautiful beach views. Breakfast felt like a reception. We had an outstanding stay, the service was exceptional, the staff were easy to contact and ready to help with whatever we needed - always went above and beyond their duty. We were in a Sironi suite without a jacuzzi but a matching price. Stunning suite! Everything is invested down to the smallest details, smells very pleasant, clean at a very, very high level (compared to many other places we've been), a very spacious shower, sparkling clean. Very very comfortable bed. It is evident that they invested in the construction and maintain it on an ongoing basis in a very meticulous manner, not obvious at all. The communication with the hosts was very convenient, we received an access code by phone and there was no need for further interaction because they had thought of everything in advance. Excellent value for the price!!!
