Hotel was of a high standard and well run and included direct interaction with senior management which we liked. The GM Mr Dheerendra Kumar was exceptional and spend much time assisting and guiding us on all our non-hotel related matters. His intelligence, knowledge, seriousness and above all his humble personality gleans towards RAMADA could do well in beneficially providing him with greater challenges elsewhere in a larger hotel within the group as he has so much more potential to meet such challenges.     Nothing. Food was not good at all. Breakfast was very pathetic. They do not have safe parking option despite being rated themselves as 4 star. Mine just 10 days old car got scratched there while remained in stationary mode and that too by one of their members in management
