What I liked most about my stay at Sunhill Portico was the cleanliness and hygiene of the room, which made the experience very comfortable. The spacious bath added a touch of luxury. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and courteous, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The delicious food, beautifully presented, was another highlight. The attention to detail with toiletries and room amenities made me feel truly cared for. Overall, the superb value for money and exceptional service stood out the most.

An amazing place in beautiful surroundings. We had a very comfortable stay at Mayfair Siliguri. Definitely a hotel to come back to. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. Very nice rooms, with great views of the mountains.

It was very clean. There is an air conditioner and a fan, so you can stay comfortable even in hot weather. There is a water heater, so you can take a bath with hot water. The owner was very polite and kind. I would like to use it again.

Really nice dorm room and common area with very kind staff. They booked a tuktuk for me to go to the railway station very early on the day of my checkout. I came back here after staying a week before, and it was definitely worth it!

Spacious, comfortable and clean. Exceptionally obliging friendly host, who organised our onward train travel, booking our train tickets and sending frequent up-dates.
