All the staff, without exception treated us impeccably. It felt totally natural and they had pride in their jobs. I have never enjoyed a hotel stay more. Lovely adult only pool on the roof (another for the whole family on the other side of the hotel) We had a wonderful ayurvedic massage at very reasonable cost.

Flower Valley Plantation Homestay is home away from home. You'll find peace and rest among beautiful flowers and scenery - and great accommodation ! Abin is a very considerate host : he can easily provide you information on sightseeing points and arrange for a delightful tuktuk driver to get you around for a very reasonable price - we paid 500 and 1300 rupees for our drives. The nearby hilltop recommended by Alvin to see the sunrise is very accessible - 45 minutes walk to get there- and rewards you with a lovely view ! He also recommended the Lockart Tea Plantation for an instructive visit about tea cultivation. Abin's mom cooked a delicious meal for dinner : don't hesitate to choose this option ! All in all, a delightful time to be had here :D I wholeheartedly recommend Flower Valley Plantation Homestay for your stay in Munnar !

Closed to a very nice local restaurant and bakery . 2 minutes walking from the inner center . The owner , Ronee, assisted me as i got injured while trekking . He drove me to the pharmacy and many others places . He also offered me lovely chocolate from his shop .

Pepper county farm is a beautiful place. The room/house is spotless and thought out very well, with a desk and possibilities to place your stuff. It's placed in a beautiful garden, away from the street and one can listen to the sounds of nature. The breakfast is outstanding and Bony, the host one of a kind. He is a true local who loves and knows those mountains and their hidden gems, makes you feel at home, organizes well-planned, fascinating trips and is a great person to talk to. I can't think of a better place to stay and explore the region around Munnar.
