This is the best Homestay we stayed in Kerala. The family is very welcoming and they are all very keen in helping you out. We had nice conversations with them in the evenings. It really felt like home. The room was very clean and big enough for 2 ppl. You can find some restaurants at walking distances. Also the temple is at about 20 min walking.

We got there late in the evening after one of those really bad travel days. The homestay is far away from restaurants, but hosts Edward and Ashley were so lovely and ordered us some food for home delivery as we were starving. The room is so clean, the seating area in the garden cozy and the 3 days we stayed we got served different Kereala breakfast every morning which was lovely! Download Uber app like this you can order a Tuk Tuk. Or Edward and Ashley will help you out as they know the area and can get a Tuk Tuk for you. The hosts helped us out in many ways the days we stayed. I highly recommend this place and would love to come again.

Excellent Stay. Location of Villa is Superb. Calm and Peaceful Residential area with beautiful flowers and plants just 2 min from Busy Trivandrum City. Villa is very Spacious and around 12-14 members can stay very confortably.Stay was very much affordable too. Kitchen has all facilities for self Cooking. Hosts Akhil was very friendly and Helping, checked throughout our stay whether any help needed.     Very Close to West Nada, the property is perfect for visitors to Padmanabhaswamy temple. North Nada is also easily walkable and short drive for visitors with car ( the North Nada has more space for car parking). The rooms are bigger in size than most of the properties in the same price bracket. Housekeeping standards are very good. Bathroom is clean . Breakfast is good . Property Manager Mr. William is very helpful and efficient .
