Excellent location, ambience, cleanliness and facilities especially good disabled wheelchair access. Special mention to the Manager Mr Abhijit Jagtap who went out of his way to make my 86 year old mother comfortable and accommodating her in an accessible room and specially catering to her dietary needs. His warm hospitality, attention to detail and making the extra effort beyond the call of duty to make us comfortable - is truly appreciated and praiseworthy. All the staff were polite helpful and always ready to help. Special thanks to the chef and cook for the delicious food and special requests, I even got my Morning green smoothie. I would highly recommend Il Palazzo Heritage home Not just for the ambience but for the warm staff and very proactive manager. Very impressive place.

Everything about this stay was awesome. Best thing about our stay was the host, Vinita ma’am. The care that we received and the homemade food we were served, lovely! We were also served with fresh strawberries right from the farm. Room was very spacious with a balcony which opens to the beautiful views. Location is secluded and yet close to Panchgini market. If one enjoys silence, this home is just perfect. Ma’am even helped us with arranging a mechanic to repair our puncture bike tyre. She also shared her life experiences and the good work that she’s been doing with the NGO. Conversation that went on lengths made much more difficult to say goodbye, only for now. Will definitely visit again with friends and family.

It's a peaceful place to enjoy and feel the serenity of nature. Strawberry farms nearby, sunrise and sunset are beautiful. Food is home cooked and the support staff is very helpful. Abhishek and his family attend to your needs very well. I really appreciate their efforts. Thanks for amazing food. Thanks Pratik for hosting us at this property. Meraki Villa is hands down one of the best villas for hire in Panchgani. It is a family run business, and the host is super cooperative. The place is really well maintained, located barely a few kms from the main market and to top it off has great views to offer. You get exactly what you see and they always keep their word. The staff is super friendly and is always on toes. They also have an in-house cook named Ashwini, who makes lip-smacking food. The swimming pool is super clean. There is an option to explore the strawberry fields around. You should definitely take a stroll down the nearby villages to experience serenity.
