I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, the facilities were spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. A special thank you to the reception staff, especially [Alaa], who greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A completely new and fully integrated hotel. I was amazed by the organization at work from the moment I arrived until the time I left. Their breakfast was perfect, varied, and fresh. This hotel is a gem in Erbil. The service is impeccable, with all staff (reception, cleaning, kitchen) being extremely polite and helpful. They all made sure I had a fantastic stay and were open and positive about all of my requests. All facilities are clean and functional, including a fully equipped gym upstairs that also gives you a wonderful view of Ankawa. Rooms are comfortable and perfectly equipped with everything needed for short and/or long stays. For the price, it's very good value for money, as you get many benefits for a fair price. Thank you so much to all the staff from Hayali Boutique Hotel for making me few home!
