The cottage was wonderful — the best accommodation we had in Iceland! Everything we needed was available: dishes, coffee, oil, and many other thoughtful details. Idyllic! They are little cottages at the base of the mountain. View is espectacular. Eat at the place, the food is cooked by the family: local, homemade and delicious. 10 mins from seal viewing and about 30 from Snæfellsjökull National Park.

The hosts were extremly nice and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are very nicely made and clean, there is a nice bench at the window to enjoy the nice view. The Hotel Lobby has some comfy sofas and chairs to spend some time and relax. Breakfast had everything you could wish for and was very good. We would absolutely come here again!

The house has several good points, including house is quiet and clean, light is bright, location is convenient, shower water is strong enough, having free parking space beside the house, the kitchen supplies are very sufficient and all the cooking supplies are very new, the landlord is very friendly and helpful.
