Downstairs of a lovely house. Loved the decoration and the hospitality and bread of Elsa. Bed was comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again. They had a microwave oven and a fully equipped kitchen 😍

Very friendly host. The cabin was nicely decorated and very clean. Great view on the lake. Had a lovely night next to the fireplace. Would stay another night if we could.

We booked a lodge for 4 days but due to a snow storm and closed roads we stayed an extra night. The hosts are absolutely wonderful. They gave us dinner and breakfast. Apart from their care they are truly passionate about their work. They are building new lodges that look amazing. Our lodge was cozy and had everything we needed. To those who read this: book here and you won’t be disappointed.

We had a lovely stay. The room was nice and comfortable, the staff friendly, and the surroundings absolutely stunning. Absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the eastern area of Iceland.

Owners are so friendly and warm people. Whole place was so clean. I really want to visit here again during winter time.

We stayed there for a few days and everything was exceptional. The natural surroundings, the farm, the accommodation, the food, the staff, and the fact that everything was built around sustainability truly impressed us.
