we loved the country rustic atmosphere of the place and the hosts were super nice! cozy cutest room and a rich breakfast full of homemade products which you could shop as well at super honest prices! I fell in love with the rhubarb and cinnamon compote :) unfortunately we didn’t try the restaurant for dinner but will surely be back for the summer.

Liked everything, the building is beautiful, the view is amazing, the room is spacious, the breakfast is really good and various, the place even has amazon prime and netflix which is a big plus when the weather is not compliant (happens more than we would like), had to go through the worst storm to get to this place, but happy we did so.

This amazing little guesthouse is part of the sheep farm (next building), and animals roam freely, so be prepared they will come to say hi :) Our room was built as a small house - part of a longer row-house. Comfy and cozy, with nice bed, chill area with the sofa, clean nice bathroom with shower and towel warmer which was extremely handy for small clothes washing and drying. The view from the window was so stunning that I took photos in different light conditions during the evening: sheep field, stones, woods, glacier, mountains, sunset...

This house comes highly recommended. It is located right on the main road, but is well protected by a wall and a pasture with (in our case) two Icelandic horses. The house leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is well thought out, practical, beautiful, and clean. A truly lovely place where you would want to stay longer. Self-check-in makes arrival times very flexible.

The Höfn Hostel is an affordable accommodation for solo travelllers. There is everything you need, the staff is very friendly and helpful, everything, for example kitchen and bathrooms are super clean and the bedchambers all have windows, a good circulation and are comfortable. You also may make new contacts with a lot of people :-)
