Troll waterfall, camping pod. Hot tub was very nice surprise for the end of the day to relax. Troll park was nice. Breakfast was good.

I have booked this location for the second time and every time I felt like home. The staff is super nice and always ready to help or just to chat. The breakfast is amazing, just beside the waterfall. I also booked a dinner (in November they appreciate if you book in advance regarding food) and it was delicious. Lots of local food to try. They also have their own beer and I recommend it. It was also a nice spot to watch Aurora. I hope my wallet will be able to take me there again this year.

Located next to Lake Blundsvatn, this guest house is 15 minutes’ drive off Iceland’s Ring Road.

The whole place is not just a farm with cabins, it's a complex with a wonderful view to a waterfall, a walking path with trolls histories, a restaurant and hot tubs for guests. The cabins are very cute, ours in particular was super cozy and warm. We had all that we needed. The check in was super easy and the woman at the front desk was super kind to us.

Hotel Stafholt has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Varmaland. At the hotel, the rooms are equipped with a wardrobe.

It was a cozy space and the bathrooms were huge and very clean. The hot tub had a sunset view. The hosts put in effort to prepare a nice breakfast for us. We also managed to catch the northern lights at this place.

A wonderful place to stay and a brilliantly executed conversion. This was our most memorable accommodation in Iceland. The top floor living room / kitchen has amazing 360 degree views. Warm and clean, with comfortable beds. There are a lot of stairs to go up and down but it is well worth the effort.

Grímsstaðir holiday home - Family friendly is a recently renovated villa in Reykholt, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities.
