A very nice place with a great location 50 meters from the ocean and had a small swimming pool. The owners were really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good for Italian standards with a great variety and the owner made a good cappuccino. The ocean view from the breakfast terrace was amazing and it felt like an oasis amongst the hillsides. The minibar was stocked and there was complimentary water and coffee in the room. There were things you only expect at hotels such as extra pillows and hotel toiletries. The owners sent a list of recommended restaurants on WhatsApp which was very helpful

Domenico and Pietro are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. The check-in and check-out went smoothly and our room fully met our expectations. The AC was a lifesaver during the heatwave! The breakfast was just right, not too much and not too little to choose from. Fresh cappuccino was always served as well and if, for example, you needed extra milk, you could just ask them. I also liked how friendly they treated every guest but also their cleaning stuff. We felt like we were staying at a big family. The location is also very convinient: the nearest train station is just a 10-15 minutes walk away, small beaches (with stones) are also just 5 minutes away and there are very delicious restaurants in a 5-25 min walk radius in the area.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The room was perfectly clean everyday. Also there was delicious breakfast with authentic foods every morning. Location was not the center of city but it was Fine because city center was 10min with tram and easy to go. Also, there were many authentic restaurants near (one of them was making the most delicious parmesan pizza i have ever tasted, Ristorante Pizzeria Civoleva) All in all, it was a great experience to stay there and if i go to Palermo again, i would definitely stay at Ciccio again. Thank you for everything 🌸

Mimmo the host is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, super comfortable and equipped with everything you need and more. A beach is super close as well as restaurants. Definitely would recommend!

The hostess was very attentive to our needs, letting us in remotely, suggesting alternative strategies for logging on to the WiFi, providing bike storage options. Good communication throughout. The location of the property is excellent: quiet, nearby an excellent pasticcheria ( with delicious food takeaway), supermarket and pizzeria. Close to the centre to see the palazzos and museums. The apartment is AMAZING: clean, new, well thought out design, everything works, comfortable, good quality linen, great design generally and a sunny verandah, we used it for breakfast and evening drinks. We felt cherished! 5 star accomodation the best we have used in 4 weeks!
