The location of the property was great as a midway point between Linate Airport and Torri Del Benaco. We only stayed here for 1 night as a stop off but what we experienced was exceptionally good. We arrived late but the self check instructions that we received were clear & easy to follow. Parking was easy and a short walk to the room. The room itself was lovely, it was very spacious which was needed with 2 adults and 2 young children. The room and bathroom were both spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable with a choice of pillows with different firmness and lovely clean linen. The decoration & furnishings were all to a high standard. Tea, coffee & water were all provided in the room. The shower in the bathroom was fantastic & a hair dryer was also provided. We had breakfast included and at 7.30am a fabulous breakfast basket was dropped off outside our room. I was really impressed with the selection & the quality of the food & drinks provided. In the daylight the outside area looked lovely, a good size balcony with table and chairs and a lovely courtyard area to look over. We really enjoyed our short stay here & would have loved to have stayed longer here to explore the grounds.

The stay was beyond any expectations. The vibe and views are exceptional. There were just a couple of guests, so we were almost alone in an old convent. The room was well equipped and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The interior of the rooms is unusual. The walls are adorned with paintings reflecting ancient times, which creates an atmosphere reminiscent of Baroque Italy. At the same time, it doesn't feel old because new technologies are perfectly mixed with old chairs, wardrobes, shelves and, of course, paintings. The owner is always somewhere in the house to answer questions. The garden is a nice place to enjoy an evening Aperol. Breakfast is also available, with all the local bakery products, cheeses and everything else that you would expect from a high-class hotel. Most importantly, there is peace and quiet inside and outside, offering you rest during the day and night.

Elisa and Giovanna were helpful and amazing with their assistance to book cars , restaurants etc. The villa was stunning, modern in facilities but with charm and character and colour of an 18th century Italian villa but with a modem twist The breakfast was delicious and the francaciota 🤩😍🥰 everything was perfect 👌

Very warm welcome from Stephanie and Enrico on arrival and they were genuinely pleased to tell you about the B&B and whats in the area. Stephanie was amazing and the best host we have ever met. The breakfast was exceptional and the cooked breakfast from Enrico was great. The room was very comfortable and overloong the gardens of the B&B. We cannot recommend this venue enough and the price was very good. Thank you for making us welcome, csee youa gain soon. 5*

The host was very supportive and responsive. The place is quiet and spacious. Once we left apartments, we were given a bottle of local wine as a present. If i only knew how tasty it is, i would definitely buy some more bottles. Also, many are coming to attend weddings and staying in these apartments since it it close to local ceremonial villas
