We had a late check-in but all went very smooth thanks to good communication from our host Elena. The rooms were very nice and our female colleague had the junior suite with balcony which was in one word amazing. After a short night we had a great breakfast and on top of it all Elena gave us a short lift to the next place where we needed to go.

The stay was beyond any expectations. The vibe and views are exceptional. There were just a couple of guests, so we were almost alone in an old convent. The room was well equipped and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The interior of the rooms is unusual. The walls are adorned with paintings reflecting ancient times, which creates an atmosphere reminiscent of Baroque Italy. The owner is always somewhere in the house to answer questions. The garden is a nice place to enjoy an evening Aperol. Breakfast is also available, with all the local bakery products, cheeses and everything else that you would expect from a high-class hotel. Most importantly, there is peace and quiet inside and outside, offering you rest during the day and night.

Elisa and Giovanna were helpful and amazing with their assistance to book cars , restaurants etc. The villa was stunning, modern in facilities but with charm and character and colour of an 18th century Italian villa but with a modem twist The breakfast was delicious and the francaciota 🤩😍🥰 everything was perfect 👌

Very warm welcome from Stephanie and Enrico on arrival and they were genuinely pleased to tell you about the B&B and whats in the area. Stephanie was amazing and the best host we have ever met. The breakfast was exceptional and the cooked breakfast from Enrico was great. The room was very comfortable and overloong the gardens of the B&B. We cannot recommend this venue enough and the price was very good. Thank you for making us welcome, csee youa gain soon. 5*
