The owner was very nice. We communicated via google translate (he doesn't speak English, but that's okay). The room was clean, corresponded to the description. The breakfast was perfect (you can choose sweet or salty breakfast). Parking is in the yard with a gate (included in the price).

    Absolutely stunning modern hotel. During hot days the rooms air-conditioning works very well. Well insulated from noise and heat. The hotel has a couple EV car chargers in their parking lot, but a bit expensive, very convenient however. The room has window shades and black out curtains. Breakfast was very good, typically Italian and mostly sweet food. Staff was very friendly. If you have a car and are driving to or from Venice, this hotel is worth the drive.

    For a simple low cost hotel it had all the things that more expensive hotels often lack - good bathroom lighting, good mattresses, secure free parking, free WiFi, good breakfast buffet, helpful staff.
