This place is amazing. Two big bedrooms plus really spacious living room, located on the first floor of the object. Very clean, no objections. There is a capsule coffee machine which is very useful in the morning. Place has a parking and it is a very nice area, pretty beautiful and quiet. The host, Gianpietro, waited for us even though we arrived about 10 pm and he was very kind and pleasant. We would definitely come back to this place!

Everything was perfect! The bed was great, it was quiet in the room, and there were blinds on the windows, so the room was completely dark at night. The whole place was very clean, breakfast was lovely, and everyone was very nice and welcoming.

We have stayed only for one night on a drive to our final destination. But this place is so much more and we would like to stay here again in the future! The room was new, really nice and had everything you need. Bathroom had an amaizing shower and couch bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The place is run by a couple who are so nice and take care of everything. We had such a good talk :) Breakfast was amaizing and everything is home made. Thank you and see you again in the future!

I travel a lot through Booking, but I have never experienced such a friendly host (well done Paola). The accommodation is bigger than expected, everything is clean (we have never received this many towels), the bathroom is stocked with shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. WOW!!! The kitchen is equipped as if you were at home, books to read...nothing is missing. And once more: Well done Paola!!! ps: I am attaching a photo so you can see what welcome us in the kitchen (for just one night's accommodation)

Everything was just perfect. Although the property seems to be in a countryside, but it is a perfect location to explore the history monuments such as Venice and other. The house has it’s charm, so the owners. We had amasing breakfast, the room was super clean and cosy.

Last year we also stayed at Le Mandragole and we enjoyed the stay so much that we came this summer again for one week. The place is so nice and calm and in the region there is so much to explore. It was a very relaxing week. The breakfast was very delicious with a lot of options to chose from. Particularly delicious was the Cappuccino and the freshly baked cakes. clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen area, private outdoor area and designated parking for each house. 24-hour public area with vending machines and laundry. very nice, kind girl at the reception, and chek-in&out quick and easy. as well as a very good location - half an hour drive from Venice and the excellent beach of Caorle. maybe the last 10 km to the accommodation can be difficult for an inexperienced driver, because the roads are very narrow - but that's the experience and charm of Italy!

    Very nice Albergo with comfortable, big rooms, everything very clean; good wifi; friendly ladies at the reception; parking in front of the house; very good pizzeria in the same house; although there is no breakfast being served this is not a problem since there are plenty of bars in the village

    Perfect spot to get in Venezia... Hotel is quiet, restaurant is good, staff (owners) are just great ! just 3km away from train station where is every hour transport to Venezia direct into historic center. Which is more than great (no stress with parking etc.) This accomodation can i only HIGH recommend ! Allways prefer family business in towns...
