Dany spoke to us on phone the day before, v reassuring re the check in procedure The beautiful gardens The video for entrance, which kept the view a surprise The whole thing, attention to detail, the pool area, the small number of apartments- it was nice to hear others…but there was respect that these were in the grounds on the owners home - felt v safe & secure… The 10 min walk to town The view - spectacular!

Absolute revelation!! Exceptional staff, you get the impression that you are a guest in their home and not a customer in a hotel. Everyone is very open, despite the language barrier, they give their best and always rise to the occasion. A beautiful view from the window that compensates for any shortcomings! Plus outdoor jacuzzi, lots of green areas to walk the dog. Delicious food, a large selection of continental breakfast, dinner changed depending on seasonal vegetables and fruits. Very comfortable beds, towels changed daily and room cleaned too.

    The restaurant was great, but then the breakfast was not as good as we expected based on other reviews. Staff varied. Some were extremely nice and helpful while others were just fine. Views are great even if there is that parking lot in front of the hotel.

    We had an amazing view on the Lake Garda. The room was big enough, but old. The place has free parking spots, which was nice and it is also pet friendly. The location is also pretty good - walk to the city takes cca. 10-15min.

    it’s like coming home. lovely place, lovely house, lovely apartments. it was the perfect stay for us with a big dog. the way from parking lot to the accommodation is only far when you have to many to carry😂 but it’s worth it. I will definitely come back. thanks to the owner
