Absolutely wonderful stay! I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Everything was exactly as described — or even better! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and I really appreciated the late check-out option. The location was perfect, quiet yet close to everything I needed. I stayed there during my bikepacking trip through Italy – the hosts went the extra mile to ensure I have everything I need. The flat was enormous, very clean and had everything I needed. Also, there was no problem with taking my bike inside, which was really important to me. It was a little gem on my Italian adventure! Grazie mille!

This was a great place to stay while we were visiting a nearby piano festival. The reason we chose it was because of the small swimming pool in the garden. It is the perfect way to cool off and big enough to swim some lengths too! But the guesthouse proved to have so many other good things about it. First of all the hosts Paolo and Sarah were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. They provided a delicious breakfast for us in the large kitchen which is just there for guests and available if you want to cook yourself and they had excellent recommendations about restaurants and other advice. The rooms are spacious and cool with air conditioning and attractively decorated. One has a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and private bathroom. The other guests share a bathroom but this was not a problem at all. The corridor is full of art and books and very attractive. You can park in the large driveway and really the house offers everything a visitor could need.

    Hospitality, kindness over any imagination at check in, we find everything needs for a perfect stay, nothing misses including table and outdoor games for adult and kids . Even cleanliness was better than high end hotel accommodation we recently visited. The place is quite and safe, car parking, huge yard with outdoor bathtub and BBQ all set, green hill countryside all around and outside facilities as restaurants 5 min walking. Definitely a nice place where spend few days in relax. Sure we will back!
