Our stay was wonderful! Host family were friendly, welcoming and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Pool was large, views were beautiful, it was quiet and clean. The room was spacious. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Cesare and family!

Hosts are wonderful. Very helpful with suggestions of places to visit. Checked in with us during our stay to ensure we didn’t need anything. Well supplied and very clean. Great location. Situated in a very old italian medieval walled hill-top village, Il Cassero property is right on the outer walls welcoming you with a beautiful garden and cool villa (literally cool because of the shade and thick stone walls, especially in the summer heat). The interior is antique but well maintained, and the room was large providing all the confort and amenities needed. Lucignano is well situated so travelling times between other Tuscan attractions are short. We will return for sure!

Very nice host and a very clean comfortabele room with New bathroom. The breakfast was made of home made cakes and nice fruit and ham. The best. Good advice for a restaurant for dinner and very nice for our dog to stay there because you can easily walk in the surroundings.

The host is very kind person, he met us on bit late arrival, and in the morning we received nice breakfast. There are few restaurants not far away. It also has a pool

    We wanted an authentic Tuscan experience and we got it! The views are great, one can see the hills from the pool area, take a walk in the olive garden, it was quiet and most relaxing. We were only in transit, but I would recommend for families or group of friends, it's a great place to disconnect from the daily agitation. It's 30-40 min driving to Arezzo or Montepulciano. Parking on site.
