The location is perfect if one wants to visit the Villa d'Este or/and Villa Adriana. There are delicious and friendly staffed coffeeshops as well as restaurants closeby. It's possible to park on the grounds and the highway is super close which makes it perfect if you are traveling and only stopping shortly to recharge. Our host has been perfect!

Stefano, Sofia and Massimo were wonderful friendly hosts. Their hotel is gorgeous, well located and spacious. They also did the extra, unexpected bits like pick us up from the train station, help with bookings and directions even when we were out and about.

Excellent location with spacious bedroom and en enormous bathroom with jacuzzi as a bath! Loved the antique furniture that goes with the whole theme of the town! Lots of good and drinks in the fridge for free ! Have never bad that anywhere ! Thanks for a lovely stay. We will be back !

The room is simply amazing, located right in the centre of Tivoli yet it is soundproofed so you can't hear anything from the outside. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the Spa is great and very spacious and there really isn't any negative things to highlight. Just highly recommended

The hosts Mariano and Dora couldn’t have been more kind and helpful, and we were made to feel very welcome. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped and decorated, a home from home and spotlessly clean. The homemade cake and pastries for breakfast were delicious and there was plentiful juice, milk and choice of teas and coffee. The owners are attentive but discreet; we felt they were there for anything we needed but we had total privacy. Other reviews mention that it’s below the owners’ villa and dark, but the windows are huge and let in a good amount of light. The photos are accurate and overall it’s a fabulous place to stay.
